The role of grease is mainly to lubricate, protect and seal. The oil filter or filter element should be cleaned and replaced regularly to prevent secondary pollution of lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, and the quality of the oil filter should be strictly controlled. Maintenance experience has proved that the use of good quality oil filters can prolong the life of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors and hydraulic valves by 4 to 6 times, and can also significantly extend the service life of hydraulic oil.

　　2. The lubricating grease is selected from the oil pipes and sealing rings that meet the pressure and temperature requirements to reduce the rubber powder caused by aging, cracking and expansion deformation.

　　3. A high-efficiency air filter should be installed on the breathing hole of the grease oil tank. When injecting new oil into the oil tank, it must pass through the oil filter. The piston rod end of the hydraulic cylinder should be equipped with a dust-proof device.

　　4. Regularly clean the grease oil tank and hydraulic pipeline, and replace or clean the air filter regularly.

　　5. Avoid sick operation and overload operation of construction machinery, which can prevent abnormal wear and tear of hydraulic components from producing large solid particles, and avoid high oil temperature to accelerate oxidative deterioration and produce various products.

　　6. Clarify the monitoring responsibility of the driver, so as to refuel on time and according to the quantity, change the oil according to the quality, and filter the oil as needed.
